Preliminary Design Contract
What does it really cost
to build a home?
J. Propp Construction has built over 200 custom homes in the last 3 decades. We offer a program that will develop accurate costs with the client’s input in to their design and what they are willing to invest.
How it Works
We will meet with the client at their building site and gather information to assist in developing their design and budget. Our home designer will then develop a floor plan, elevations, roof plan and preliminary site plan. During this process, we will assist the client in evaluating costs with their design. At the completion of this process, the client will be provided with a floor plan, elevations, a description of materials, and a cost breakdown.
Limitations
- Client owns the lot or has signed contract with a deposit to purchase
- Owner or owner’s agent to provide a site plan with set back information
Cost for preliminary design and budget
- Single Story: $2,500
- Two Story: $3,000
